This company sent me document/application that looked like official Texas Govt documents. I paid $49 and did not receive any certificate from Bexar county designating our homestead status. It is now obvious Homestead Designation services located at 700 Lavaca, Suite 1400, Austin, Texas 78701 is not an organization approved by the Bexar county. They take advantage of first time home buyers by sending documents that is crafted in such a way to look like they are from official Texas Government. That is clearly misleading and unrighteous. I request the company return my check for $49 and the documents I sent them.
