I placed 2 orders (6/29/2023 and 7/21/2023) with homesteadingbundles.com for a product (remote control lawnmower) that was never delivered. The second order was placed because the first order was delayed. I contacted the company numerous times to get specific tracking details. The first order showed as delivered and signed for on the tracking info. We never received nor signed for any package. The company said they would send a replacement at no charge. I asked them to ship via a reputable courier and to provide me the shipment info. They used the same company each time: https://www.16track.info/. We never received the original nor replacement orders and all the tracking info stated they were delivered to my address! I contacted the company via email as it was the only contact info I had. The email from subscribing to the site was [email protected].

And the order confirmation email came from [email protected].

I requested a full refund but have not received. I contacted my bank to report as fraud and they can only credit one of the orders back (7/21/2023) due to the age of the original order (6/29/2023). Although each charge was $36, I am reporting this company as a fraud in hopes that they will not swindle anyone else. When I tried to visit the site today to get contact info, the site is reported as being closed!

I tried to upload my email but the system keeps timing out. So pasting the email content here:

I will be reporting you to the authorities because there is no way if the item was shipped to me properly to MY address that I would not have received it.

You will not blame or penalize me for your error.

We checked all and none of our neighbors received the package either.

It was not delivered here to our house nor did we sign for it.

As you can see the website says package delivered and signed for at 8:30pm on 20Jul2023, but I sent you my message at 5:12pm on 20Jul2023.

So it is not possible for my package to have been delivered.

I even checked this morning to see if it was left around the house and Nothing!

Please advise the exact name of the courier used (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc), not just the 16Track website.

Did you contact them to investigate and confirm where exactly they delivered the package and who exactly signed for it???

This is unacceptable and we want our item delivered to us ASAP!!!

NO excuses.

My mother saw an ad for this website on a youtube video. The ad stated they were selling a 469.98 USD office chair for 39.99 USD. Their website, homesteadingbundles.com has no working buttons for contact, about us, FAQ, etc. Alongside this, they state that they have over 9000 satisfied customers yet there are zero mentions of this website anywhere on the internet. There are no reviews, no posts on reddit, no info on trust pilot, etc.

The tactic they use is to show an extremely discounted object to lure people into their website.

The IP address they operate from is 104.17.232.29, and the domain was purchased 7 months ago. Their website is very shoddy and scam-looking due to the amount of emojis and unprofessional formats on the website.
