I was looking for a house to rent I was checking to see what was available online and found a house for $700 that could fit me and my family and message contact them and he messaged me back via text and felt more comfortable about speaking to him through phone calls asked me to fill out application I filled out the application he asked for $50 no problem then he needed the deposit which was 500 and we sent sent 200 my husband also filled out a application and after that things started not to add up that the house still had people living there and he had an excuse for that and was very convincing that they were going to move out in 4 days but a brand new play yard in the backyard and a very large box in the trash of a Furniture item that was just recently bought apparently I was convinced that they're not moving and that it was a scam Granite I lost $250 I don't care is the fact that they're using another person's house but they don't have any paperwork on or deed I just don't want someone else to call for this and his name that he goes by is King Jordan and when my husband asks his name he said Brian King Jordan and he sounded from India so do not use homes trovit.com that have the website m o n d i n i o n International real estate it's a scam and he's got lots of houses that are in Munford ,Brighton ,atoka ,Covington ,Millington all on there.
