I purchased an item from this man Robert Albrecht and the item that was received was not the right mirror for my vehicle. I called him he told me that he would refund my money once I returned the item to him. He received the item and then blocked my number I have been unable to reach him from different numbers. I called from my office phone and he answered he said he would return my money through pay pal of Venmo, after that call he has never returned any more calls. This company has 700.00 of my money and I am unable to retrieve it.
