Refused package, returned to sender through post office, informed sender I wanted my $ back through email (they don’t answer their phone). They sent an email back offering me a refund of 30% of the $189. I refused the offer. They then sent email giving me complicated and expensive instructions of how to return package to China. I refused to return package as instructed because I returned unopened package to post office. They then offered me 40% off..I refused and contacted my credit card company. Case remains open as cc company investigators do their work.
