I ordered a Childrens Art display frame (attached picture). The company sent me the wrong item-two plain frames. I sent them an email saying they sent me the wrong item (attached are emails). They continuously refused to acknowledge that they sent the wrong item and kept saying "sorry I wasn't satisfied with the item I received."

The product I ordered was a beautiful Christmas wreath 4ft in diameter with beautiful pine cones and large bells. What I received was a 12 inch wreath that was clearly not the item shown in the picture they advertised . I emailed customer service requesting a return authorization and they tried to appease me by offering 15% off my order . When I said that was not acceptable, they said I would have to return it, at my expense, to a foreign country( which is very expensive). It does not state this in there return policy . Buyer beware.

Ordered a Christmas wreath online.The description said it was 22” diameter and included a photo of the product.I looked up website to see if legitimate place and website said homeyardmart was a home decor store specializing in unique items for the home based out of California.I ordered the product and paid in US dollars along with a $12 shipping fee.The product was ordered Oct 26 and when tracking info became available it said product was being shipped from Yanwen .I looked that up and saw it was from China .The product was delivered Nov 18 and was a cheap tiny flimsy wreath not quite 12” in diameter and nothing like the photo.I sent an email to the company asking for a refund and received a response 3 days later with a “ return “ policy .It stated that returns were only accepted 15 days after delivery date and they did not accept express delivery on a returned product.I was instructed to send it by regular mail.It also stated to return the merchandise to “our” address not the return address on the package shipped to me.There is no other address and since the product obviously has to be returned to China a 15 day return timeline is not feasible.I am also responsible for shipping fees back to them.When I tried to read their product description on their website the page no longer exists and I got” 404 an error occurred while trying to read this page” notification.I have emailed the company back pointed out how they have made returns impossible and expressed that I feel I have been dealing with a fraudulent company.I also informed them this experience of mine with be reported to the BBB.As well I want to share this experience online hoping to save someone else from getting completely ripped off.

Received a christmas wreath that was nothing like what was advertised. Reviews left on the ScamPulse.com for this company were the same complaints. How do we shut this business down for selling merchandise that is not correctly represented and where they refuse to refund unless you pay to ship it back to China. They are taking peoples money because they make it difficult to communicate or because it will cost more to ship it back which is an added expense to the consumer. They merchant wont pay or provide a prepaid label

All products on sale….cannot send back sale items. Must pay for return and anything returned they will also take the amount off if you get a refund. However false advertising. Paid $130.00 plus shipping for Xmas decor and its all junk product. This company did not return any emails in regards to requesting a refund and first email of tracking was not properly written.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY This was regular price at $80.00

Made out of cheap plastic greens. Item completely flat. Cannot fluff up
