Respond to craigslist post for a rental home, with pictures of the property and I visited the property and it was empty. Filled out application that was sent from poster on craigslist and received email of approval. Rentor requested 1st month rent and damage deposit. Received the lease for 1 year. Signed by the rentor and myself. Was sent Fed Ex tracking receipt from the rentor but the keys never arrived. Was notified by the rentor that the last months rent would be required due to a miscommunication between rentor and lawyer. Paid last months rent via WU and the keys never arrived.
