This is a scam. I was a customer of this company. I spoke on the phone with Riley about moving. We agreed on a price of 135$ for a 2 hr rate plus 45$ per extra hour for 2 movers over the phone. I asked if there were any other charges and They said no. When the movers arrived they made me pay a $300 deposit which they did not say before hand. They made us quickly sign a contract without letting us have the chance to read it.They packed all of my stuff into their van and then while on the highway the owner of the company Mason texts us saying the bill $1,110.05. The movers got off the highway and stopped at a gas station and were haggling with us to pay the amount of $1,110 or they would dump our stuff at a unknown lot or leave it right there at a gas station in the middle of Toronto. They already had our deposit. We called the Police. Once we called the police they lowered the priced down to $550. Unfortunately the police were taking a long time to arrive and the movers were starting to dump our belongings at the gas station parking lot . We didn’t want our stuff dumped in the middle of the gas station parking lot in the middle of downtown so we agreed to pay 550$. then they drove to our new apartment then the dumped our stuff. Our furniture had scratches and damages and we were tricked into loosing our money. They caused damage to our floors and our furniture . We were robbed in broad daylight. I have attached screenshots of their multiple ads on Kijiji. They were unprofessional, they lied about their prices.They were threating to hold our belongings . They were threating to dump our stuff in a gas station parking lot. They have our adresses and our phone numbers.
