This all started on a Facebook add and I feel they should also be accountable for the businesses they allow on their social media pages! I saw a great deal on an item I fell in love with. I purchased using my PayPal account and for it to be delivered to my work address. This is the only order made to be delivered there as I thought it would be a big item but easier for me to be delivered there. Weeks later I received a scam of an item they called a "Mystery Box". When I compared the items tracking number to the one I had suspicions about, sure enough I knew this website was a scam! They claim to ship worldwide but they have no phone number to call, just a simple email that I try to reply to about my order and they keep emailing me back saying "Hi, We regret that the Mystery box you have received does not contain the goods you want. But we shipped it randomly, which is full of surprise and excitement. You must be the most lucky guy next time. Please always be passionate and optimistic! Unfortunately, if you really don’t like it after consideration, you can also return it back with your own cost. We will issue a full refund when we get the parcel. Hope for your understanding. Keep in touch. Linda". This email is the most recent, but similar to the ones I keep getting from them, which I have saved. All I want is my money back! Why would I want to PAY more money to ship an item THEY shipped free! I want a solution. I will also be reporting to another website where they also post scams such as this one! So sick of hearing Americans are getting scammed from these foreign companies claiming to be in the USA!
