Tried to reach out to merchant on several occasion without a response. My ordered was placed on 9/16/2024, funds were taking from my account. Ordered was confirmed and there has been no correspondence since 9/16 which was only the order confirmation

I made a Order On April 8,24 On April 15th I Started Asking for a Refund At witch time they Replied back Your Package has Shipped And 2 Seconds later I received an email with a tracking number It Sat “ Request pickup USPS IS NOT IN POSSESSION OF YOUR PACKAGE” Since April 19th Every time witch I have asked 4-5 Times Gor a Refund they come back with “ Sorry our machine was down ur order has now been shipped “ It is Now almost May 1st And Still No Product No movement on the usps website and No Refund I am Not the only person This is happening to either
