The website was found from internet search for air cleaners. Honeywell is a name brand so thought ok. Ordered unit and filters and entered all normal online purchase information including credit card number. When clicking "place order" button, was redirected to a paypal donation page for same amount as order to a Joyce Radke (see attached screen shot). URL for the page is:

Further research found no one by that name in the contact state and the contact address does not exist.
