Ordered a sweatshirt in March 2018. Received a confirmation email and then absolute silence. Would not respond to emails, Facebook messages, website chats.

The website was down for a while (though complaints to Shopify were basically ignored as well) but it’s back up now including fake a endorsement from the BBB.
