After receiving confirmation and a tracking number I proceeded to look up the tracking. The number was incorrect and so I emailed the site. They got back to me the following day saying “ Hello, the logistics information needs time to update, don't worry. The epidemic is severe all over the world, so the logistics timeliness is unstable. Please be patient, thank you.”
This was the only time the email got back to me. Following weeks of waiting a package arrived. A tiny package that was filled with 6 disposable face masks. I immediately went to the confirmation site and it now said my patio set was delivered!
I emailed again and waiting a week. No reply. I emailed again to ask for my money back. No reply. I emailed again. Nothing.
I was scammed and this site is not real.
