Someone please stop this company!

After reading everybody’s comments below, it’s identical. I have been very very ill and called for help. When I was extremely ill I was told the same thing money, taking out of my bank every month and now they’re nowhere to be found and I’m being sued and I’m still very sick and left with no money to even start to settle my credit card because they stole from me as a single mother fool makes just enough to survive. This is absolutely horrific, and I have put myself once again in the hospital because this company stole from myself and my children.

In 2021 was looking for a debt repair place. Was contacted by hope documents. Was told they would clear up my debt and make it good and pay off my creditors. Paid $240 a month until the pandemic and I caught Covid and lost my job. Then paid $99 a month. I kept getting collection letters. They told me not to worry about then. That they had paid all but three of my d err rbts off so far and only three to go. I got letters saying they were taking me to court. I tried calling them and could never get them. I bf would be told to hold because my call was important. It would say that twice and then click the phone would hang up. I went on line to see if there was any other numbers to call and that's when I seen the Fraud and scammers alert. So I filled out the information.

Called me about my credit and getting it settled or paid off. Could get it done in Two years. None of my creditors where ever notified by letter or mail that I was in a debt collection. I kept getting letters and then where I was going to be sued. I called hope documents. They said all my debts had been paid off except three. But after that I got six letters from debt collectors. Which Hope said I would no longer get. I called the creditors. All of them ready to go to court. They never received nothing from Hope. They are no longer taking money from my bank. But I paid them for two years and did not pay off no one. And now won’t answer phone. I’ve emailed never received any answer. I’m 79 years old and at a lost of what I can do.

Hope Documents has been taking over $300 a month from her checking account to pay off our creditors. They have over $4000 of ours now and have not paid one single payment to our creditors. They waited so long to contact our creditors that we got sued and they are no longer willing to make settlements. I have been talking to the creditors, lawyer, and they say that Hope Documents have not contacted them at all. Meanwhile, when Dave Pearlman at Hope Documents, finally returned your call not even return your call he will text message you, he says that he’s in the middle of making arrangements with them and he’s speaking with them. He is a liar! He prolongs and prolongs and prolongs, and takes your money and takes your money and does absolutely nothing with it. He even at one point said you’re better off just calling and seeing what you can do. How do we get our money back? This is fraud! How does this go on? We were better off just trying to make the payments as we were, now we are even more in debt, and our credit is shot.
DO NOT TRUST HOPE DOCUMENTS AMD DAVE PEARLMAN!

Hope Documents have been taking $300 a month from our banking account after we signed a POA for them to take care of our credit card debts. they have not been doing anything with our debt collectors. Now we are getting sued from different collectors and had our bank account levied. (A week before Christmas)After multiple attempts of trying to call them and email them they did reply once stating they were backed up due to Covid. Hope Documents has not returned our calls or emails. His name is Dave [email protected]. he still has time to do the right thing here and hold up his end of the agreement.

Credit is the same after 16 months

I got a call from hope documents to repair my credit and sounded legit but after 3 months no change I called them they said it would take longer than three months so after six months I called them and still no change I was getting a little upset after nine months they quit answering the phone number I had for them but were still taking my money and I couldn't even call them anymore and my credit is the same, but they still take my money every month and if I stop paying them it will go on my credit report I'm amazed that authorities or internet police just let them keep on taking peoples money and nobody does anything about them makes ya be just like them, I mean they can't catch their [censored] with both hands it seems

Seems all phone numbers, emails and everything has disappeared off my phone
I started paying $250/month starting November 1, 2020
I stopped paying March 2021
I wasn't getting any information from them. Nothing was happening with my credit. They stole my money. Not to mention, they hacked into our entire business phone account through AT&T. I just wish I could get my money back. I have 7 kids and was trying to fix things to buy my children a home! It's sad there's people Like this.

I received a call from a gentleman stating that he was with this company that can help me repair my credit and also pay off my debt which were in collections He pulled my credit report and verified all the debt I owed and how much I owed He said it could all be paid off in 2 years I will then be debt free .If course this sounded great to me he gave me the total of all my debt which equaled over $11,000 He said the payments would come out of my checking acct at the rate of over $330 per month for 24 months He said that his company would pay my creditors Thsy I would no longer get collection calls or letters Thisvwas all interest free Hecsent me the files I had to download and sign I gave him my checking acct # to take the payments out on the 3rd of the month I have paid 3 months payments but none of my creditors have been notified I have tried emailing them and also tried called them but the number says it has been disconnected I’m truly concerned I will not send them another payment until I find out what is going on
