I clicked on reply to see what address it came from and got the below:

I did call the number to see where it rang to and it said it was Pay Pal and to hold for customer service. I did not hold because i knew this was a scam and was NOT about to give them any information. I did report them to the FTC. I checked the actual Norton website and it says they will never ask for money via pay pal. It also asked that any potential scam emails be sent to them so they can investigate as well. I sent them a copy of the email. I also contacted my bank to alert them to the possibility of a scam and they said i should be fine as long as i did not provide any banking information (even though the letter alluded to the fact they (Norton LifeLock) already had this information. They advised they would flag my account with the information but advised that it was a scam. I just wanted to report this to as many places as possible so that more people if they did not already would know about this scam.
