I ordered ring in January. Tracking says it was delivered to my mailbox on February 26. I t never was delivered and now I cannot get any answers from them. Just keep getting f the run around saying my order has been expedited and what not. I demanded a refund and have yet to receive one or any answers.

I ordered angel wings ring in January. Tracking says it was delivered to my mailbox on February 26. It never was. I have emailed and keep getting run around.

Purchased 2 rings in Early January. They ended up shipping to the wrong state in February. I alerted the company and have been asking and demanding a replacement or a refund ever since. Now into March no one can offer me either. I keep getting a run around and get told to just wait longer. No new tracking number for a replacement was ever issued and no one can confirm of a new shipment was sent.

I purchased 2 of these ring before Christmas 2020. I purchased them in memory of my deceased brother for myself and his daughter. Its now March 2021 still now rings. I am so upset.

I purchased 4 items from this website & they gave me a total then I went to checkout via PayPal & they changed me more money than it showed on the website. I emailed the "company" immediately telling them I was overcharged & they were no help at all. I asked them to cancel my order immediately after I was charged more & they finally responded telling me no they wouldn't cancel order, after days of me asking for them to cancel order. They have given me a tracking number & when I click on the tracking number it says "not found"
