An advertisement on Facebook for a Tilting Electric Trike for $88 with free shipping. Clicking on the ad took me to Hopeeily.com. I placed my order and paid with PayPal. I recieved a confirmation right then on the page and also in my email. The email stated that a shipping label had been printed and gave me a tracking number to track my order. When I clicked on the tracking number, it showed the label had been printed to be shipped out of Compton CA but that doesn't state the product was shipped. I sent an email to Hopeeily customer service advising them what the tracking stated. After a few days I sent another email requesting location of my order. On October 6th, I recieved an envelope sized package. After some digging and internet searches, I discovered this package had the same tracking number I was given by Hopeeily for the Trike I ordered. The package contained a remote control transformer car. This was not the adult size, street legal, Tilting Electric Trike I had ordered. I wrote an email to the customer service in regards to the gross error of my order and attached the order, confirmation, pictures and supporting documents. Once I sent the email, I received notice the email could not be delivered due to the inbox being full. Also want to note that I have seen the same product I ordered listed on Facebook by another on-line ordering company in the last couple days.

Second note, there is a complaint in regards to same address that my package came from. That reporting person may not have realized that the wipes they recieved were in place of something they ordered.
