I purchased an iPhone magnetic phone case on august 28, 2020 for $26.98 from a company called Hopesea.com. I have reached out several times via e mail and they assure me I have the highest priority shipping and to be patient. I went to look on their website and it has been taken down. My phone says safari cannot locate this web page. They will email me back but I cannot locate a business address or phone. I have demanded a refund and they tell me it will ship soon they are back logged due to COVID. I have received 10 shipments since then with no problem! I just want to be refunded the money I spent and to put these people “out of business” so somebody else does not have to go through the same headache I have.

Same here. It showed that it had a DHL tracking number and it never came to my house. They keep saying this to me “ Thank you for your email.
As we checked, your order is in transit.
Please wait few days for the update.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us anytime.
Have a nice day.”
