They first called my Mom, then me. They claimed I owed $5000 to JPMCB from 2008 and stopped paying in 2015. (I previously got a call on a Chase credit acct saying I opened it when I was 12.) They said I had ignored all mail correspondence (Which I hadn't received) and I needed to pay 1000 today in order to settle it or they would come take my car and all things I owned. I told her I could pay Friday and would leave my card on file and she was going to transfer me to the billing dept but refused to send me anything in writing beforehand. I didn't feel comfortable and told her that. I asked her to hold on the line until I googles the company and she said I wouldn't find anything because they were protected by the state of MO. lol. She was super rude and said they'd sue me for 12k and garnish my wages and take my car etc etc. then told me I would be served at work today and hung up the phone. I checked with our office attorney and he said it's all bunk.

This company called me and claimed that I owed HSBC bank from 10 years ago. I did not give them any of my personal information, but the date of birth they had for me was incorrect. They claimed that if I did not pay the $700 today, then I would be served with papers at my place of work or my home. They said that HSBC had already tried to withdraw the money from my bank account but was unable to do so. I contacted the court for the county I live in, and they did not have any paperwork that had been filed. I also contacted HSBC Bank and they did not have any information for anything I owed them either. This Horizons Solutions company was very rude on the phone with me, and when I asked for them to send me the information of where I opened this account, they said I would have to talk to the judge in court and they hung up on me.
