On the day of the event, not a single member of their team showed initiative or responsibility. Despite repeated assurances during our earlier discussions, they failed to deliver even the most basic tasks. I was left scrambling to coordinate logistics myself, which caused unnecessary stress and disrupted the flow of the event. Their absence of effort was not only disappointing but also highly unprofessional.
Throughout the day, I attempted to reach them multiple times by phone. Calls went unanswered, and there was no proactive communication from their side. This lack of responsiveness compounded the problem, as I had no way of knowing whether they intended to arrive later or if they had abandoned their responsibilities altogether.
