I was contacted by this company and did 2 phone interview with "HR". I checked out the website and everything looked legit. I started receiving packages and sending them off. When I noticed that they had not paid me I googled them and saw a tiktok that it was a scam. I called the police and stopped working for them.

I was approached via email about a job as a "delivery inspector" on 10/08/2024 and immediate research revealed no results. I accepted the job thinking nothing of it and was asked to send in a W-4, Direct Deposit Info and an address to ship to. On 10/28/2024, a number of social media articles had come out to say that the job was a Parcel Mule Scam, upon learning about it, I reached out to a supervisor at the company that had provided me with official documents tied to their company. They were not aware of being flagged as a scam on the ScamPulse.com website and promptly provided me an Iowa Business Entity number (#795147) nor have they been accredited by the BBB. I have since ceased contact with the company as I am immensely skeptical and afraid of the potential federal charges tied to the Parcel Mule Scam.

I was contacted via phone by Alice Martie, she claimed to have found my information on LinkedIn, and wanted to offer me a position as a shipping Coordinator for Horizon ship LLC, she had my Email as well and was able to send me documents that would legitimize the company, I found it odd that they would send me IRS documents. The whole conversation felt suspicious, this happened Oct. 31, 2024, She said that she would contact me Nov. 4, 2024. to give me ample time to research the company. The first red flag for me was the fact that they called after business hours @ 7:30pm

I was contacted by them despite never applying for the position with the offer of monthly pay of 3000 plus bonuses of 40 per package for reshaping.

They called me later after ignoring their email where they had a short interview and then sent me an application link where they wanted my ID and identifying information.
