Hello, I recently purchased an electronic bike from this website, see below, that turned out to be fake. I never received a confirmation email from them nor a tracking number confirming their shipment.Their website also no longer functions after I made the payment. I would like my full refund seeing that this is a fraudulent website. Please see images attached
