My son wanted a freddy kruger mask for Halloween, so we looked it up online and found the horror fx studio website. Well i ordered weeks ago and havent received it and i have no way to track it because it never came with a tracking number. Then if you try to call the number it goes straight to voice-mail and no one answers email's. I then looked online and saw where other people got scammed out of their money using this site as well.

October 2 I was looking online to purchase a Halloween costume for a party Im hosting October 19th. I came across a website call Horror FX Studio. The website looked legitimate so I ordered a costume and went through the payment process. In the website I read the FAQ about how long it would take to receive the costume anywhere from 10 to 15 business days. I had completed the purchase and had received confirmation email and tracking number. I had waited about a week and decided to email the merchant to ask when the costume would arrive because no date was given so they had respond around October 15th. I waited until October 15th and had not received any costume. I then emailed the merchant again and received no response. The costume I purchased was a DELUXE PENNYWISE THE CLOWN costume.

Horrorfxstudio.com. its a Halloween custom website that's its on all social media and Google. So I bought freddy krueger costume set on this website because it look save n sound. So I placed the order online on september 18th and i got a email that say your order payment been approved the same day. After that i got another email with a track number, to track my package, so i been tracking my package since than my package been in the same Spot ( delivered to local carrier) and its already October 15th, 2024. . Since September 18th to October 15th,2024 thats almost 1 months and nothing yet . So the second week that i placed the order i email them saying that the track package still on the same Spot and i haven't received the package yet. They just email me saying until next week and nothing yet. I called the number they have on the website no answer.. i was looking at the reviews and comments couple days ago and alot of people having the same problem that they haven't received they're packaged yet and it been a month in 1weeks. Its frustrating. I regret it buying from this website. Its not right having a website like this and selling customer's money and customer's thinking its a good online website to shop etc. Its scam
