I used the HostGator webhost plan(baby plan) last year(September 2022) and I hit the cancel button but it never cancelled the product and they charged me 210$ for it when I haven't used it in close to a year. I messaged them twice about a refund and both times they said "It's past the due date so it's not refundable" despite me not using the product once between September 2022 and August 2023. I had to contact my bank to get the credits back in my account as this "company" did not want to refund me at any time for any reason.
