One Week vacations and Hot promotional vacations took $196 from me for a vacation deposit. I thought this money was for taxes and only after I paid it did I discover that the cruise was not free, it was actually a purchase and I was expected to keep providing money with no details on my vacation, how much, when, or where my vacation would take place. When I discovered that I could be scammed after reading the many ScamPulse.com complaints I began calling and emailing them. They first told me that I needed to contact my vendor. I then emailed one week vacations and I got a response from hot promotional vacations stating that I needed to return the 3 copied papers they gave me that had no information on them in order to get my refund. I emailed them several times explaining that there was no stipulation on any documentation that I would need to return records to get my deposit back. After many emails I discovered that they have no intention of refunding my deposit. I have returned the documents and have not recieved my money back. It is a shame that there is no way to protect the People of the USA from constant calls and refusal to return funds that a company has no right to keep or make up rules in order to refund it. I did not pay $196 for papers. I hope someone can help the horrible business practices of this company and prevent others from being scammed out of $196. I work hard for my money and they have no right to it. paperwork or not. Services were not rendered and I would like my deposit returned. I have every single email that has been sent.

I was charged $200 dollars and never contacted after they cashed the check. Phone number goes to a voice mail that is designed to sound like you are on hold and they are searching for a representative. I was given the brochure at a Precious Memories Seminar , but when I contacted Precious Memories, they were quick to let me know they had no affiliation with hotpromotionalvacation.com, even with the Precious Memories Seminars that took place at the La Quinta Inn Lobby. I called the La Quinta Inn and they told me a supervisor would get back to me, but never did.

met through a time share. Was told we would get a week cruise for $200. never called back after received money after multiple times contacting them.
