More than a week ago I purchased what I believed to be a pair of Uggs size 8 for $89.00 on November 18th. They don't communicate with you. Their is no contact info, no phone number, address, nothing. I would like to get my money back if possible because they will not send me my boots. I did not get a tracking number or Email about the shipping. They have a so-called chat but no one responds. Online it said my order is pending...I reached out to them several times all week and no response!!
