Hotel reservations made 10 months out tried to cancel and got the run around and then they said could not refund because their processing center was down. After three weeks agreed to a gift card for my balance that is supposed to be good forever. Tried using 4 times in four different hotels and it stated my gift card was not valid. Reached out again and was told the system was down. So I understand every system they use generates the same kind of bogus email response.
