The third party pretended to be Marriot bonvoy and charged me for a reservation I did not authorize. When I saw an email from reservation stay and told them I did not authorize this reservation they refused to refund the amount.

I thought I was working with hotel Windham, received a very competitive nightly rate, submitting my card number, then a fee is slapped on of $165, confirmation status “Non Refundable and Unchangeable”

I would have NEVER agreed to this!! Called to complain and was put on forever hold! Finally hung up after 45 minutes
