I thought I was making reservations through Hyatt however at some point it switched to Hotel Value.com or Get a room. They charged me and not until I tried to cancel the charge did I find out the added 700 for the rooms as well as changed the agreed upon room rate. Then after I canceled within of making the reservation which is on Nov 12 2021, the said they were still going to charge the full rate.
