This website is a complete scam, stay far away. I bought a Logitech multi-panel for $89.99 in March, 2021, and never received anything. The phone number listed gives you a constant busy signal no matter when it's called, the email address is fake, and anything sent to it is returned undelivered. I made the purchase (unfortunately without checking this website first) because the payment method is PayPal, and I figured if somethings goes wrong, I can always get a refund from PayPal. Wrong. They have somehow figured out how to fake a ups tracking number that will show the item has been delivered when it hasn't. Both Paypal and my credit card company denied a refund, because the "seller" can document that it was received. Don't take my word for it, though, The ScamPulse.com website is full of complaints and reviews showing the same results. Everybody orders, never receives anything, some get refunds from PayPal, many don't.

This business is a scam. Their address does not exist, their phone has a busy signal. The names of the responsible parties change. Their email addresses are out of Russia. You buy from them and receive one shipping email and nothing else. The product never arrives. They have access to UPS tracking numbers and that's why my claim from PayPal was first denied. Their tracking numbers are fake. I don't know how they do that but they do. You type their company name into the internet and all you see is SCAM and complaints. They need to be shut down. PayPal finally credited me back. Complaints about this company are on the PayPal website too. These people should be shut down and thrown in jail.

I ordered through Hototin.com for a portable charger. Once you check out to place order, it goes through PayPal. I received the receipt from Paypal, with the company name in Chinese characters (first red flag), I emailed the site to verify purchase and no response.

I then researched this company and found many others who have been scammed by this site. I contacted both my bank as well as PayPal, both claims are pending currently.

I sent a third email to Hototin.com as the email on my receipt doesn't exist-nor does the physical address in Derry, ME, and received a postmaster failure stating the company is blocking my email address. Upon looking up two IP addresses in this report, it shows they are located just west of Chicago, not Maine.

Do not order from this company. They appear to be a fraudulent site.
