I purchased a gift for Christmas, and it never arrived. When checking the order, it would only state it was in production. When I investigated online, several posts said they were scammed too, and the experience was the same. I started a claim through PayPal, and they sent a message to the company but came through in Chinese. They responded and said they would refund $10.
