Their about us

We are a luggage product manufacturer from United States, established in 2019, and officially launched our own brand -HotWhitePot in 2021, focusing on the design and production of genuine leather bags, and is committed to providing men's bags with good hand feel, high cost performance and stylish design.

Yes that is not the products they sell and the orders don't go through.

A product offered on Hotsider's website appeared in a Google search at a much lower price compared to all competitors. After purchasing the product, I received an email notification saying the purchase went through and my credit card was charged. After a couple weeks, no communications or products were provided by Hotsider. I tried all provided contact information (i.e., phone, email address, website query form), but the business was unresponsive. Eventually, I had to ask for a refund from my credit card.

I placed an order for an ice maker on June 21st. On June 21st I received an email stating they received my order and it will be shipped in 3 business days. I have emailed, sent messages on their site, no reply.
