I ordered from this website on March 19th and received a tracking number from China and never received the item. I’ve attempted multiple times to contact this company and their customer service is non-existent. Emails, phone calls, and chat functions go unanswered. There are many complaints on the ScamPulse.com site about this company I now find. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.

They have a website that sells a wide variety of products. After purchasing a product from them in February 2023, they sent an email with an order number and a tracking number, however, nothing was ever shipped or received. I have emailed them and they pretended to look into it. When I finally asked for a refund--they ceased all communications.
