date of November 30. They never started any work. They took our
deposit of $250,000. They also told
us lie after lie after lie and finally we
had to pull the plug on the deal and
say no, let us out the contract,
because there was no site of any
construction just dirt. When we
reached out to the city we found out
that no permit had ever been pull to
do any construction at all.
Now they are unwilling to give us our money. But no home has ever been started.
This husband and wife team are truly scammers. Now we have to hire an attorney to get through all of the litigation. Nothing but scammers.
