A series of empty promises with unmet timelines regarding repairs, cleanup & replacement of the damaged materials have followed for the past 2 months along with multiple contact dodges. On one interim visit he even removed one of my over-spayed stepping stones without any permission. Alright. Fine. ** *** **** **** * **** ********** *** ***** ****** It's a private development & I can at least likely ensure that he's rendered persona non grata.
However, the scam part:
All of the contact information provided for this BBB-registered business, both here and on their site, other than the city & phone number, is fabricated.
There is no 21 Levis St. in Vanier or Ottawa. There is a Lévis Ave, whose number ranges from the 200's to 400's. No 21.
The K1L 6L6 postal code is within Vanier, but 3 blocks away from the mentioned Lévis Ave,
If one searches for this "business", the only relevant listing (and link) is that provided by the BBB. ie. the ScamPulse.com is being used to provide an appearance of legitimacy.
And the name seems to be a means of piggy-backing off the good reputation of other similarly-named business.
