Contact company about a puppy they had available for sale. They did, so I rearward more pictures which they provided. Also they were advertising a special on shipping. I asked if they could ship to my home in Hawaii. They gave me all the info on shipping. They even sent a bill of sale. They requested payment through Zelle or another cash app. I sent them payment they sent me a video and more pictures also ask the paperwork for the puppy. Then they sent an email that the shipping company wanted a $1800 Refundable Travel Insurance. I told them I would not/could pay that they often to cover it as long as I send them the refund. Never saw the puppy and when I asked for my money back no response.
