I ordered a dress from this website and it was a counterfeit item. I wanted to return it so I looked at the return policy. It said customers were allowed to return items by mail in 60 days within receiving. The links were all nonexistent and it said "click here to process return" but it did not have any kind of a link. I went to the contacts and tried to send them an email that they wrote there, but it was an invalid email address. I lastly contacted an email that sent me all the shipment tracking and order confirmation, but they did not give me a response.
