We were told by Dennis M. Gregory that the ad he placed for a rental lease was legitimate. He charged 2,000 and claimed showing date would be of tenant lease. Never showed up to confirm contractual agreement. Avoided all attempted outreach. "Property managers" listed as Karla M Gonzalez and Sandy Dodge.
