Houston Mediation Company called me stating that by tomorrow AM there would be 2 Felony warrants out of Jerome Co. Idaho due from writing a bad check that I know nothing about, and stated that it was from a cash advance in 2012. They stated that they wanted 1700.00 dollars if it wasn't paid by tomorrow, and that the warrants would be issued by 2/01/17 at 11 AM. I called them back to get a case number so that I could give it to my attorney and the woman stated that she could no longer talk to me, and hung up also stating the my attorney should call for more information. I then called Collection Bureau Inc. who is handling the collections in my name, and they stated that there is a payment arrangement already in place and that they are the ONLY company who is handling ALL of my collection debts.
