Houzlet is Trustworthy

I read a few comments on Houzlet and decided to give them a try anyway. I try to base my personal experience for
Myself and decided to give them a chance. i have had bad experience with airbnb cancelling my booking last minute due to maintenance issue. I figured I should give Houzlet a try since they had a property I wanted to book. To my surprise, I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a property on Houzlet for the winter season to get away from the cold. I was able to use Houzlet and rent a property with ease with my family. I had a few questions regarding the amenities and which ones I can use with the condo I am getting. I couldn’t find it online so I decided to call the Houzlet customer service, to my surprise they got back to me right away! Not only they researched the information I needed and got back to me right away. I was certainly please with the customer service experience that Houzlet provided for me. I will certainly book with Houzlet again. My experience with them was excellent.

Short term rental scam

On December 29, 2022, rented a short term rental for march 23, paid about $200, for an application fee, about a week before move in date, paid the balance, on the day of the move in, was told the rental was not available, and would get a refund in 7 banking days, later that was changed to 14 days, the last was told to "call your card company to get credited back, once we receive notification from your credit card company we can approve it on our end." I never used a CC but my checking account. I'm not Over 4k
