On November 5, 2016 I placed an order on hoverboardsafe.com for a hoverboard for $264 for my daughters birthday. I received emails that my order had been received and was being processed. On November 7th I received 2 emails that my order had been shipped and I was given a tracking number. However the tracking number said that it was still in process. On November 11th, I received a call from a Florida number and a woman stating she was calling from hoverboardsafe regarding my purchase. She stated that she realizes I paid to have my item delivered by the 10th but that the shipment had not gone out yet and due to Veteran's Day the item would be shipped on the 14th instead and to look at my emails for the tracking number. On November 15th I called the woman from the number I received on the 11th and told her I still didn't receive any info for shipping, she stated that the blue hoverboard I ordered wasn't received to their warehouse yet but that she would send it as soon as it would arrive. I tried calling again the following week no answer. On Monday November 28th I called again, she answered "customer service" and I told her I was looking for my hoverboard, she stated I had the wrong number. I kept calling back with no answer. I called the number on the website, no answer and the recording says to email them at [email protected], I emailed still no response. I don't think I am getting my product and have already called my credit card company. This company is a total scam don't buy from them!

I placed an order for my son in March and have not heard back from them one time. I have sent several messages and called multiple times and have not gotten one response on if/when I should expect to receive my order.
