I was in the process of purchasing a new puppy from an online breeder (reported this website:https://ringwoodcorgicity.com/) and once the dog was "shipped" I began to received emails stating the the dog didn't have a crate that was needed for transport (fully refundable) and after paying the cost the company emailed again about pet insurance for the travel. They couldn't confirm any details of the location of the "dog" other than they were unable to ship the animal.
