I signed up for HP Instant Ink program. They withdrew money from my account, but never sent me any ink. They say it is because the levels never showed that it was necessary. The amounts they withdrew from my account varied. Sometimes only $2.99, sometimes over $20. This does not make any sense if according to them, they never needed to send me ink. Why would they sometimes take one amount and other times take substaintally more? This is a total scam.
