I called number from website under the guise it was HP Support to help with my printer. The guy was named John Wilson and he had me give him access to my computer to help solve the problme remotely. Then he says I am getting a refund for the printer since others are having this same issue and HP is giving refunds for cancellation of something. He tried to gain access of my account and was very rude and aggressive which should've been my first clue into the scam. Be careful he is very convincing.
