I was applying for a data entry/chat clerk. Below I am listing names and the information I have of the people who contacted me.
All of these people acted as representatives of
Avalo Therapeutics.

Spent 2 hours on a company briefing and interview. I have screenshots of the msgs.
Later that day I was contacted stating i was hired for the job and would be sent hiring documents via email.

Emailed me a W-4 form
and another document stating information about the job and asked me to fill out both docs sign and send back. They stated they would send me a check to buy all of my office working materials (which would be a large sum for printer/laptop/ programs etc) and then I would begin training. After this whole process I just felt there were red flags so I did not return hiring docs with my personal info. They did get my full name and address. I then looked them up on Better Business Bureau site and found 3 claims of job scam using this company and same scenario. Also tried looking them up on Linkedin.
The documents had Chris Sullivans name and a signature on the hiring docs. He is a real employee of Avalo Therapeutics so they are fraudulently using this mans name.

They told me to contact on Monday via Microsoft Teams Ronald Jeffery. I have not followed up of course.
I did try to contact Avalo at the 2 offices they list on their website left voicemails. Also sent a msg to them on their contact us on the website.
I have not received a reply or call back
I am very upset over this and hope Im not in jeopardy of identity theft or them being able to get to my gmail or banking info. I did change passwords. Not to mention Im in dire need of a job and spent several hours of my time on Friday for nothing and it has been an extreme stressful and emotional experience.
