Someone sent me an email claiming to be someone from HR at Warner Bros Discovery Inc trying to schedule an interview where they would have presumably asked me to click a link to steal my information. I saw online that others got the same exact email word for word and got the same scam. They also claimed to be a real person from Warner Bros Discovery Inc named Jennifer Remling, but I knew it wasn't her because the real Jennifer Remling does not do the job they claimed to in my email. I also never applied for this job or for any job from this company. The email they used was [email protected] The email is as follows:

Dear _______,

Thank you for submitting your application to Warner Bros Discovery Inc. We are pleased to inform you that you have been shortlisted for an interview, which is scheduled for Monday, September 16, 2004 at 8:00 AM in your local time zone. The interview will be conducted virtually, and further details. Kindly confirm your availability for the interview by replying to this email. We look forward to discussing your qualifications and the opportunity further.
