(Radiology Department) and will not answer any phone calls or anything for people to pay their bill "that they owe them", with insurance. They just
send you an email and say "bill is due" or they will send you to collections. They had a young woman who hangs up the phone when you call. Then
she blocks your number afterwards, so you have to call private just to get through. The o?ce location is just a front and not legit, lights are out and
chairs are all over the place, looks vacant. This is a scam, and they need to be shut down! You can see all others reviews and complaints on Google
and BBB.
October 23rd, 2024 (10am-4pm). I called s******* p******** hospital as well and spoke with the radiology department to let them know about this third party they sent me to, and they sounded very confused and were shocked. The admin is now doing their investigation as well on this third party.
This company still has not contacted me back after I left voicemail after voicemail and info to please contact me back to get this resolved.
S******* p********hospital was contacted about it and I tried to contact this company again and again and no phones go through at all.
I have reported this complaint. My next step will probably be court, if not resolved. But I did reach out to the hospital and radiology and admin to let them know this third party is giving me a hard time on paying this bill, and it seems as though they are a scam.
