Satwic Inc. reached out to me a few days via Email that I would be good to go for an interview under their company. To my mistake, I already felt something was off with the 'poor' quality of the email responses aand not recalling me sending my Resume to their company. I checked their company website and it seems to be made poorly aas they also do not have much of an online social media presence, but I went with it anyway. I went through their text-based interview on Microsoft Teams which was also odd then agreed to a call interview the next morning. The caller (who I didn't identify at the time but was tagged as a person from Indiana) They explained that the reason for the text-based interview was for applicants to have enough time to answer their questions which seemed like a red flag to me, I was presumably hired and went on to filling up the forms they provided including an I-9 Form and sharing my Account Number.

Unfortunately, I gave my information away anyway but as the conversation now transfered to my 'team leader' he explained that in order to get the work equipment needed for the job, they would send "start-up funds" to cover for it. That was the last straw for my gut feeling because I already asked them before if I would be paying for something and they said no, which didn't make sense if they would send the funds for me to handle the payment anyways. I hope you could also advise me on what I could fo for myself moving further.
