To make it Real.
I wanted this overstocked
Hot Tub.
(overstocked Because of COVID)
I placed the order. When confirmation was received
I notice email read differently.
Looked that up and discovered that I was Sucked in to a
Fake, Overseas
(UK) Company.
I immediately emailed them asking to Cancel the order because I do not order from out of USA.
received reply saying they have cancelled my order and stating "time frame for Refund process"
So I sat tight until August 30, 2023
Since then...series of Emails, some promising action
Others sounding as though this was first inquiry. Every email linked to other emails because I replied from their response.
I have every email still and Yes I got Irate!
They play dumb
The replies
sounded "ASIAN"
"Dear customers
we are so happy to hear from you" "we make everything good"
"Please be Patient"
"More days needed"
BLA! BLA! BLA!
"We applied for refund"
"Our Finance and Technical Teams are contacted"
All I know is they take your money immediately and you can get
No Where
after that!
I will ask my Bank attempt a
Charge Back.
Facebook allows these Fakers/Scam Co
If the word
"Sponored" is near the Name I believe that be our Warning ??
If it's
"Too Good
To Be TRUE"
??? IT IS !!! ??
