I was on Facebook and saw an ad for plant boxes with 3 artificial trees that would go on my back patio for privacy from neighbors. I went onto the website from the Facebook ad and paid for 3 black plant boxes. I received emails that my order had been processed, then a notification that the order was shipped. then after about 3 weeks of waiting I got a notification saying order was delivered to mailbox. I kept reaching out to them and all they did was apologize and say order was marked as delivered. they offered me a 40% refund but never answered again after that. the website linked to the ad is www.dateartist.com and their email is [email protected]. They had the HSN logo on the top of the order page. I did see a lot of reviews saying everything was great with other people's orders and I commented asking if this was a scam because of the HSN logo and my comment had been deleted. I can provide screenshots of the order/emails,tracking info etc if needed.

An ad appeared on facebook from HSN . Advertising a clearance special of Bissell vacuum

After purchase an email came from Vanceones

Hsn confirmed no purchase through their website will ever go to another website

Company Vanceone Limited is illegitimate
